There are various metrics related to a bot. To understand each and every metric, you need to go through the data that they represent. If your bot is live for the end-users, you will get to see all the data on the overview page of Intelligent Analytics.
If your bot is new, and if you try to check the analytics metrics, you won’t be able to see any data, as there has been no activity of users on your bot.
At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see a toggle switch. It is used for switching between staging data and demo data. Demo data is data for demonstration purposes, that would give you an idea of each and every metric on the overview page.
